The firm was established in 2003 to help Nigerians and Africans, in extension,experience the true feel of dairy products; primarily fresh milk and yoghurts.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Supervisor

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily distribution schedules in line with customer orders and delivery targets.
• Supervise drivers, loaders, and other logistics staff to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Ensure all products are loaded, transported, and delivered in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with stores, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all logistics operations.
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery documentation, and performance reports.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics supervision, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of distribution operations, cold chain, route planning, and fleet management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics tracking systems, ERP and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
