Job Summary


  • We are on an evolutionary journey where we’re changing our story. We are looking to hire an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our diverse team in our Company.
  • This role you will be responsible for the planning of assets and material movement across different project sites and locations 

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for

  • Ensuring documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carriers, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.
  • Preparing budget for operations inclusive of logistics contingency plans.
  • Ensuring effective execution of logistic plans.
  • Managing logistics operations including material and personnel
  • Identifying, planning and managing special logistics operations. 
  • Ensuring effective material/diesel usage and generate appropriate receipts
  • Guiding and coaching team members
  • Coordinate logistics activities with procurement, finance, PMTs and other substantive units. 
  • Preparing reports on personnel and material movements and other operational logistics issues
  • Participating in technical survey missions for new projects and pre-deployment verification visits to sites/locations
  • Coordinating/attending toolbox and HSE meetings.
  • Performing any other duty as may be assigned by your supervisor

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory / Warehouse / Logistics Management for a drilling contractor.
  • Strong personal initiative and willingness to accept responsibilities
  • Excellent grasp of logistics operations and practices.
  • Organization and coordination skills
  • Teaming & Interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills – Excel & MS Word
