Job Position: Maintenance Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Carryout repairs on some electrical panel of the generating set
• Keeping of facility maintenance records and submitting report to the maintenance supervisor
• Daily inspection to monitor facilities working effectively
• Ensuring 100% cooling effect of the HVAC system
• Maintenance of Lift
• Attending to guest complains.
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Installation of HVAC system (chiller, air condition)
• Repair of malfunctioning Air conditions.
• Conducting preventive maintenance on all mechanical and some electrical device.
