Supporting various electrical and mechanical initiatives.

Leading investigation of machine breakdowns and issues and developing systemic action plans to fix root causes.

Description

P&G, Ibadan Plant offers an exciting internship program to graduates of Nigerian Polytechnics and Universities. Within the first few months, the intern will have responsibilities and will be supporting challenging projects in the manufacturing division.

The intern will be given real responsibilities with targets on which he/she will be assessed. The company will provide all necessary guidance and coaching; however, the individual will be expected to work effectively without supervision.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required

Candidate must have completed NYSC in 2012

High integrity and a passion for doing the right thing

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, effective priority setting skills

Ability to work effectively in teams, with focus on solutions

Willingness to travel within and outside Nigeria
