Job Description

• Analyze new marketing trends and monitor competition/ competitors
• Recieves clients feedback and responding to clients needs/wants
• Expand the organization's reach at the Wilde market space
• Communicating work and brand values with colleagues daily
• Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, clients relationship management and other relevant softwares
• Ensure the organization's survival, growth and reputation always
• Face competitions and competitors adequately
• Conducting marketing researchs to meet client needs daily
• Develop marketing business growth strategies
• Data analysis and professional understanding of Real Estate best prcatices, etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Skills Required:

• Ability to create, define and manage the organization's brand
• Ability to market the vision objectives, goals and excellent representation of the organization's image to clients
• Ability to prioritize duties, time management and always organized in carrying out official responsibilities
• Good sense of interpersonal skills (adequate collaboration) with team members and clients where applicable
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.
• Creativity, quick adaptability, and familiarity with current day to day marketing trends.
• Ability to work and deliver due excellence under pressure and to move along in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in starting and closing a business deal successfully
• Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, clients relationship management and other relevant softwares
• Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills.
