We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Workshop Manager
Job Location: Owo, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Department / Section: Workshop / Workshop Control / Reception
Job Purpose
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a workshop in an efficient and effective manner.
- To oversee a team of technicians, mechanics, or skilled workers, coordinate workflow, maintain equipment, and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision and Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of workshop technicians, mechanics and skilled workers.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Workflow Planning and Execution:
- Plan and schedule daily work assignments to optimize productivity.
- Allocate tasks and resources to implement servicing and repairs in a timely manner.
- Coordinate job assignments based on workers' skills and workload, maintain accurate records of manhours and material allocation and verify jobs upon completion.
Standards Compliance:
- Ensure that all work performed in the workshop meets established quality standards. Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobs.
- Enforce and uphold safety protocols and practices within the workshop.
- Maintain a safe working environment. Investigate and report safety incidents or accidents.
Equipment and Inventory Management:
- Oversee the allocation, maintenance and repair of workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Manage workshop inventory, including spare parts, materials, and supplies and liaise with procurement department on stock levels, orders and quality assessments.
- Assist workshop management with technical components of parts inventory.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including work orders, job cards, and inventory records.
- Prepare reports on workshop performance, including productivity, quality.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in any relevant field, Certification from professional Institute or equivalent work experience.
Additional Qualification:
- 10+ years of experience in workshop supervision or technical procurement and warehousing.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of workshop equipment and processes as well as mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and auto-truck diagnostic systems, methods and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Basic Skill:
- Leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

2.) Mills and Plant Installation Engineer
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- This position is to oversee and provide technical insights in Mill installation, installation engineering design, as regards client equipment system.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Design and Installation of plants and Mills
- Experience in palm oil mill building is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of international design codes and standards
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
- Good sense of organization, ability to prioritize activities, identify critical aspects, propose way forward, lead specialist and third parties, summarize and present complex design issues.
- Ability to work anywhere across Nigeria.

3.) Electrical Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas)
Job Location: Lagos
Position Overview
- The Electrical sales engineer plays a crucial role in the sales process by combining technical knowledge and sales skills to provide effective solutions to customers.
- The primary responsibility of a sales engineer is to support the Tendering team in achieving revenue targets by identifying customer needs, offering technical expertise, and demonstrating the value of products or services.
- Sales engineers act as a bridge between customers and the engineering and product development teams, ensuring that customer requirements are met and providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, including their features, functionalities, and applications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products in the market.
- Provide technical demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the product or solution.
Customer Engagement:
- Identify customer needs and understand their business challenges to offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concept trials to address customer concerns and demonstrate the effectiveness of the product.
Sales:
- Develop sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support during contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.
Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical queries and support.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for product improvement and development.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for management review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience 5-10years in sales Preferred experience inLV AVRs panel builders, Digital Meters and power factor, power distribution, LOW VOLTAGE SWITCH, switchboard and gear, electrical components
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products or services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Power Engineering, from a reputable University.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to travel when needed
- Solid sales and negotiation skills to effectively sell and close deals.
- Market awareness in LV & MV panel manufacturing and power distribution of governmental customers.
- Very good user of Microsoft office programs.
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges and propose solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
