Job Position: Operations and Business Development Officer (Consulting)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will have responsibility for HR consulting operations and training program execution / implementation.
• Successful candidate will also take on some online and offline marketing / business development responsibilities.

Requirements

• University Graduate of any discipline.
• Computer literate, with Microsoft Office high proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media/online marketing an advantage.
• 0-2 years relevant experience in consulting / HR / training will be an advantage.
• The position is Ikeja/Hybrid, so residence around Ikeja is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.  
• A generous bonus scheme.
