Job Summary

• As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end coordination of our fulfillment and last-mile delivery processes, ensuring shipments move smoothly from warehouse to doorstep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Handle delays or customer issues seamlessly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update dashboards or reports.
• Liaise with clients to confirm delivery timelines and special instructions.
• Supervise warehouse staff, sorters, or riders as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, or courier services.
• Experience with logistics software or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Odoo, Shopify, Fleet Management tools) is a plus.

Salary
NGN 250,000 - NGN300,000 / month.
