Job Summary

• As an Operations Manager, you will oversee operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth daily functioning, high service standards, and operational efficiency.
• You will drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure each outlet delivers a high standard of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and swift resolution of complaints.
• Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Enforce staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise inventory management, prevent wastage, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Maintain consistent product quality across all outlets.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and supervisors to ensure teamwork, accountability, and structured workflow.

Core Competencies

• Prior experience in a QSR or food business is required.
• 3–5 years of multi-outlet operations management experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Ability to enforce operational standards and drive accountability across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
