We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement Officer
Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal.
• Creation of bid tab for evaluation before raising Purchase Order on the ERP.
• Evaluating vendors & negotiating and renegotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions.
• Monitors delivery times and ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components, and equipment.
• Review requests from all departments to ensure all specifications are captured and process.
• Evaluate vendor and keep report of updated vendor list.
• Expediting. Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy.
• Seeking alternative local sources for imported raw materials if it leads to cost reduction.

Requirements

• Graduate in any field with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the FMCG sector.
