Job Position: Procurement Officer

Job Summary

• As our procurement officer, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of procurement services, aiming to achieve a client-focused, qualitative, and results-oriented approach in the department.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights on all spare parts requisition by category and location.
• Assist the team with the implementation of logistics and distribution strategies and plans that meet cost and timeline targets.
• Assist with the implementation of efficient file organization procedures and documentation systems for all procurement order processing and delivery.
• Provide support to management with evaluating the ability of vendors/partners to meet criteria related to costs, delivery timeline, and product/service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a well-structured/reputable organization.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
