We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Assistant

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and preparing materials, equipment, and tools for production.
• Monitor production schedules and report any delays or issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow up on production orders and update relevant logs or databases.
• Support the communication of instructions and updates to production team members.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Report any defects or discrepancies immediately for corrective action.
• Assist with documentation related to quality control checks.
• Assist in organizing and storing materials in designated areas.
• Support in keeping accurate records of material usage and wastage.
• Maintain and update production records, logs, and reports.
• Assist with scheduling production activities.
• Prepare basic reports for management review.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a SSCE or OND.
• 0-1 years experience in production and manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with production equipment and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good initiative, time and stress management skills.
