Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and creative PR & Digital Marketing Strategist to shape and manage our brand narrative, grow our digital presence, and drive client engagement across all platforms. 
• The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on capable of crafting compelling marketing campaigns, managing public relations, analyzing digital performance, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated PR and digital marketing strategies that support business goals
• Manage the company’s online presence including website, email campaigns, social media platforms, and online advertising
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all digital platforms
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; report on ROI, engagement, lead generation, and recommend improvements
• Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and customer insight reviews
• Coordinate with event and creative teams to promote services, client projects, and campaigns
• Monitor media coverage and manage public relations efforts, press releases, influencer partnerships, and brand mentions
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, promotional schedules, and third-party vendor relationships

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or communications (experience in the event or hospitality industry is a strong advantage)
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital trends, and media relations
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask across projects
• Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing tools is a plus.
