We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Relationship Manager

Job Location:Lagos

Job Type: Full Time

Department: Business Development & Strategy.

Job Summary: We are looking to hire experienced and talented Relationship Manager with good deposit mobilization & customer acquisition skills.

Responsibilies:

1. Build relationship with clients to promote, and engage Samovic Homes and Propeties products.
2. Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.
3. Generate sales leads to expand the customer base.
4. Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practice.
5. Achieve established performance target within the specific time frame.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate should posses a HND/B.SC in any Discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales & services.
3. OND with 3 years work experience and above may be considered.
4. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Friendly, approchable, inteligent and pleasant personality.
7. Basic computer skills and proficiency in reporting.

Remuneration:

1. Allowance range from N1.2 million to N2.4 million p/a.
2. 15% to 31% Commission on each transaction.
3. Monthly Bonus and Incentives.
4. Overriding Commission.
5. Access to Local and International Training.
6. Driving skills will be an added advantage.
