Job Position: Restaurant Sales Supervisor

Job Location: Ojota, Lagos

Job Description

  • Our client is looking to hire a sales supervisor to help drive sales in their restaurant.

Responsibilities


  • Sell and promote customer products
  • Champion and achieve sales target Prepare sales duty roaster
  • Hand over the target to all sales reps
  • Follow processes on QC’s checklist
  • Avoid stock out
  • Supervise cleaning in the sales environment
  • Ensure availability of food on the counter as at when due
  • Ensure morning Prayers and pep talk
  • All products must be sampled to ensure quality
  • Do production planning for the next day by 4pm and make necessary arrangements to avoid shortfalls.
  • Check for the availability of raw materials with the production supervisor
  • Ensure that the production head leaves a report at the end of the shift
  • Write a handing-over report for the supervisor taking over staff

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least an OND
  • Must have experience working in the sales department of a restaurant
  • Must be able to lead a team
  • Ability to drive sales and meet set targets
