Job Description

• Customer Service: Engage customers in a professional manner and offer excellent shopping experience. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Actively participate in initiatives to grow revenue, confidently close transactions, drive sales with walk-in customers and external leads to ensure set targets are met.
• Operational excellence: Maintain set guidelines on operation processes to ensure easy navigations for customers in store. Excellent organisation and inventory management skill.
