Job Summary

• As our Risk Manager you will be responsible in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential financial risks to ensure the stability and profitability of the organization.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks, as well as experience in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess various financial risks, including credit, market, liquidity, operational, and regulatory risks. Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis and recommend strategies for mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial regulations and industry standards. Monitor and interpret changes in regulations and their potential impact on the business.
• Lead the development and implementation of crisis management plans in case of significant financial disruptions, ensuring a rapid response to mitigate the impact on the organization.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to manage financial risks effectively and align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of minimum of 6 years of experience in Manufacturing, Energy or Health care
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, market dynamics, credit risk, liquidity management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
