IQ Distributions is the official and authorised distributor of Fujitsu Batteries and IRIS Ohyama products in Africa, which includes Nigeria, South Africa and Ghana amongst the rest of the countries in the region. Fujitsu is the world’s largest manufacturer of Ni-MH Batteries.

Job Position: Sales Account Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Sales Account Officer to support our Sales team and provide quality customer service.
• The Sales Account Officer takes care of the supply, financial bookkeeping and sales records of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supply of products to customers and payment collection.
• Record transactions, payments and expenses and process invoices.
• Send out bills and invoices, follow up on overdue payments and ensure that a company’s invoices and payments match up correctly by cross-checking the original document to the company’s record.
• Contact customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their account.
• Update internal databases (CRM) with account details.
• Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed.
• Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
• Address payment issues.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
• 2 years work experience
• Work experience as a Sales Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in an inventory management role is a plus.
• Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Time-management abilities.
