Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced Sales and Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving the company's sales.
  • As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and creating sales reports.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients to promote and sell company services.
  • Address client inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
  • Set up equipment and guide clients on the usage of branded merchandise.
  • Effectively utilize approved marketing collateral, presentations, and support materials.
  • Follow approved sales closing procedures as instructed.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information as per corporate guidelines.
  • Generate sales leads and follow up on assigned leads.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and business practices.
  • Contact assigned leads via phone, email, and direct mail as directed by management.
  • Document lead activity according to established guidelines.
  • Achieve established performance guidelines within defined timelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new leads under the direction of management.

Key Attributes / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, branding, or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pleasant personality, smart, intelligent with an eye for details.
  • Preferred gender: Female.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 monthly based on experience.
