Job Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Location: Abuja

Job Duties

• Prospecting, initiating, negotiating and closing sales of Real Estate product and services including leasing and renting of houses, buying and selling of properties (landed and built)
• Marketing of Real Estate and property development services and products
• Conducting Market research for Property and Real Estate Development services and products in Abuja
• Conducting due diligence search and verification of the validity of real estate and property opportunities with relevant regulatory authorities
• Coordinating Social Media sales and marketing outreaches for property and real estate development services and products
• Conducting the sales and marketing updating of SYAH social media accounts twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages on a weekly basis
• Producing periodic weekly reports on sales and marketing activities
• Developing and managing Key Property and Real Estate clients’ accounts
• Maintaining active membership of relevant Property and Real Estate Development networks to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• HND or B.Sc Degree in any discipline
• Proven Selling Skills
• Strong social mediaand networking marketing skills
• Excellent Communication Skills- Speaking, writing, and reading skills
• Good knowledge, understanding and proficient use of Hausa Language is highly desirable
• The knowledge of Abuja city
• The knowledge of the Real Estate market in Abuja will be an added advantage
• Good Negotiation skills
• Good relationship management skills.
