Job Summary


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Staff Management:

  • Lead, train, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, receptionists, and assistants.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure the highest standard of customer experience is maintained at all times.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Sales & Business Growth:

  • Promote salon services and upsell retail products to increase revenue.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers.

Inventory & Financial Management:

  • Manage stock levels for salon products and supplies; place orders as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory, expenses, and income.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cosmetology or business management is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience as a Salon Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of salon services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using salon booking software or POS systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cosmetology license or background in beauty/spa services.
  • Sales or business development experience.
