Job Position: Senior Architect

Job Location: Nigeria

Qualifications


  • Minimum of an M.Sc in Architecture or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in Architectural Practices and Construction Management.
  • Excellent presentation skills (Visual, written & spoken) and contribution to highquality documentation.
  • ARCON certification and Membership of NIA will be an additional advantage.
  • Proficient in trending architectural design Software (AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion3D/3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Must be able to complete site and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.

  • Exceptional attention to details across all aspects of design
  • Proven self-confidence and able to cope with criticism of their work
  • Personal integrity and Honesty.
  • Team player and able to work with little or no supervision.

  • Strong presentation skills
  • A candidate who is highly-motivated, enthusiastic about architecture and detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
