Job Position: Site Architect

Job Responsibilities

• As a Site Architect, you will oversee the design, construction, and implementation of architectural projects on site. Your role involves translating design concepts into feasible plans, coordinating and ensuring construction adheres to specifications and regulations.

Your job role will include:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to project requirements.
• Oversee construction activities, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with architectural designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve design or construction-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed within established constraints.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, present design proposals, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor all site supplies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
