Position Overview

  • As a Social Media Executive at Raenest, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in social media management, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in a dynamic and rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience. Identify and leverage appropriate social media channels to engage with and expand our customer base.
  • Content Creation: Liaising with the content team to create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and other engaging formats. Ensure that content aligns with brand and industry trends.
  • Community Building: Actively build and cultivate a community of followers and advocates on social media platforms. Nurture relationships with customers and influencers, fostering engagement and creating a positive brand image.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest trends, platforms, and technologies in social media marketing. Explore opportunities to incorporate emerging trends into our social media strategies, keeping us at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, content, design, and customer support, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. Collaborate on cross-functional campaigns and initiatives to amplify social media efforts.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion, and sentiment. Use these insights to optimize future campaigns and maximize results.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing social media usage in the financial industry. Stay informed about any updates or changes in regulations to maintain our social media activities in compliance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop effective social media strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of the Fintech industry, including its trends, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory guidelines related to social media usage in the financial industry is a plus.
