Job Position: Technical Support Officer 

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Configure operating system and assist end-users in troubleshooting issues with remote systems.
• Research, Identify, Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues to the concerned parties.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports
• Provide regular update and feedbacks to the end-users.
