Nestoil Plc was incorporated in Nigeria in 1991 for the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services to the energy and oil & gas industry. Since then, Nestoil has grown to become the leading indigenous EPC provider for major IOCs (International Oil Companies) in Sub-Saharan Africa like National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Shell, Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Total, etc.

Job Position: Warehouse Officer

Job Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, compliance with safety standards, and overall operational efficiency to support Nestoil’s supply chain. In addition, the position ensures effective management of internal and external customer needs and the prompt execution of all warehouse-related tasks.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible to:
- Ensure all requisitions for materials and services are approved at the right level especially where manual approval is applicable.
- Ensure that quality checks are conducted by the QA/QC team before materials are received.
- Ensure that non available items are sent to the procurement department for RFQ and purchase.
- Endorse GRN for all materials received and ensure that right material; quantity is issued, and warehouse inventory updated
- Generate part numbers for new materials that are not on the system and ensure that the right material and quantity is issued.
- Ensure correct and complete documentation of issued and received materials not later than 48hrs
- Ensure that stock card, physical and system balance are same and that item received are as stated on the Purchase Order (LPO)
- Coordinate inventory stock counts and spot checks.
- Adhere to Nestoil warehouse process and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and procedures that applies to a safe work methods
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned by your line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of work experience in related field of supply chain management
- Possession or currently in pursuit of a professional certification in Supply chain management, Project Management or Health Safety and Environment
- Leadership, customer service and problem-solving skills
- A good knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Suites word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to adapt to project execution plan and a good knowledge of warehouse management.
