Architect/Design Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop design concepts, to assist with construction administration
• Execute drawings from schematic phase through construction documentation.
• Coordinate consultant drawings with architectural drawings

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of residential design, commercial design and construction experience.
• Candidate should be team oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, able to work on several projects at the same time, and be based in Lagos. 
• Project experience with a strong emphasis in modern design is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Vector-works and Adobe products.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well within a team. Basic knowledge of building and zoning codes.
