Job Position: Branch Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• Sales and business development: Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
• Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and acting as the face of the company in the community.
• Operations: Coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, managing inventory or supplies, and implementing company procedures.
• Financial and risk management: Preparing financial forecasts, managing budgets, and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• Compliance: Ensuring the branch adheres to all relevant company policies and external regulations.
• Staff management: Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising branch personnel to improve performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 4-6 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 / Month.
