Job Description

• Formulate, manage, direct and execute the financial strategies, objectives, policies and procedures, financial accounting functions, financial reporting and forecasting, budgetary controls and general financial health for the company.
• Provide support to the Board and Country CEO on overall strategic goals and objectives of the company.
• Support the company in mergers and acquisitions and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
