Credit / Relationship Officers

Help Against Poverty Initiative (HAPI Co-operative) is a Nigerian registered Organisation dedicated to women empowerment and financial upliftment through skill training and acquisition, provision of soft credit, and health awareness programmes.

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Credit/Relationship Officers

Location: Benin City, Edo State.

Responsibilities:

• Exponentially grow client base through proper relationship management.
• He/she will ensures that the correct combination of documents is prepared/received for each transaction, which secures the legal interests of the company.
• He/she will review and monitor loan documents for accuracy, completeness and adherence to approval conditions.
• Set up payment plans. Maintain updated records of loan applications.
• Follow up with clients about loan renewals.
• Monitor progress of existing loans.
• He/she will ensure proper credit monitoring from initiation to full recovery.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year hands-on lending and customer service experience in MFB/MFI.
• He/she MUST be a resident of Benin City.
