Job Position: IT Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The suitable candidate will be required to:

• Install new software or hardware
• Research and procure IT hardware and supplies
• Participate in IT inventory assets management
• Assist in backup recovery of digital assets
• Create worklogs
• Process documentation
• Configure phone systems
• Administration
• Technical support
• Communication
• Programing
• Company website
• Maintain computer infrastructure of the company
• Assist new users with computers and software issues
• Train employees on new systems
• Perform software updates
• Renew license and other legal documents
• Monitor ongoing contracts with suppliers
• Complete stationery forms
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Assess potential threats
• Oversees data storage.

Requirements

• Minimum of First Degree in related fields.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience.
