Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our leading Quick Service Restaurant in Victoria Island as a Data Entry Personnel.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Excel sheets, ensuring the smooth flow of information within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into Excel sheets, databases, and other relevant systems.
• Verify and ensure the integrity of data by conducting regular checks and audits.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support related to data entry processes.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic and paper files.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for data entry.
• Uphold data confidentiality and security measures.

Requirements

• National Diploma (ND) holder in Computer Applications, Desktop Management, or Office Technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
