We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Dispatch Rider

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

• The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending & collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items as needed.
• We expect our dispatch riders to treat our clients with utmost professionalism,and relate with them with respect and kindness.

Below are the guidelines to the job expectations and responsibilities associated with these key tasks:

• Ride company's motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Delivery of medical consumables, samples and reagents.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries.
• Ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely.
• Pickup and deliver samples, medications from hospitals and labs to receiving labs and clients
• Ensure accurate documentation of all shipments received and delivered.
• Updating the Drivers' Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
• Ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• An ideal candidate must possess a minimum of SSCE.
• Applicant should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Applicant must possess a valid Bike Riders’ Identification Card.
• Applicants must be familiar with routes within and around Lagos state.
• Applicants who have undergone trainings and acquired certifications related to Safety &Environment will have an added advantage.
• Ability to commute to work at Lekki is a plus.
