Job Position: Experienced Sales Executive

Job Locations: Mainland & Lekki / Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Candidates should possess 0 - 6 years work experience.
• OND, HND, BSc/BA in Marketing, business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
• Proven experience in sales experience with the ability to constantly meet set targets will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to close deals and identify potential clients.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• A team player with high level of dedication and passion for the job.

Other Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and a self-starter.
• Ability to work independently.
• A strong Administrative/Managerial, corporate sales skills is a must
• Must have prior experience of corporate Sales or Real Estate Sales
• Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets.
• Ability to bring in potential clients and close deals.
• Develop relationships with constructors/ project managers and end-customers and all prospective clients
• Passionate about networking and meeting new people
• Strong sales and marketing skills with a positive attitude and team playing ability
• Must be presentable, confident, and hold strong integrity.

Remuneration

• Sales Target: Competitive Sales target with + 10% Commission on every sales
• Salary: N40,000 - N50,000 monthly + 10% Commission on every sales + Commission on performance of the Sales team.
