Job Position: Field Loan Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Are you street smart? Do you want to gain relevant work experience in the Microfinance Industry? We are currently seeking Field Loan Officers with a minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in a microfinance institution.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing and create fresh markets hence increasing loan customer base.
• Liaise with the line manager to provide detailed forecasts and action plans for the growth of the market/business.
• Source for Market women and men to take loans to promote their businesses.

Requirements

• Candidates should be an SSCE, OND, HND or BSC holder.
• At least 0 - 2 years experience in a Microfinance institution.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
