Job Position: Group Human Resource Lead
Job Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources processes and practices.
• The HR Lead will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance and driving HR inititiaves that support business goals.
• This role requires strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company`s overall business strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing and hiring of employees.
• Drive leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrationor related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in an HR leadership role.
• Experience with HRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
