As a real estate development company, we engaged in the acquisition of virgin sites for new development; existing properties for redevelopment; and rehabilitation of outdated properties to meet current functional needs and innovations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling to staff on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, setting KPIs and managing the hiring process
• Maintain employee records like attendance, bio data, etc.
• Payroll Management
• Take charge of the employee life-cycle; from attraction to separation
• Handle training and development programs
• Handle disciplinary and grievance issues
• HMO Management.

Requirements and skills

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant fields; further training will be a plus
• HR Credentials CIPM/HRCI/SHRM
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Proven experience as HR (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
