Job Description

• Raya Trade, is looking to hire a Human Resources Supervisor for their office in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The ideal candidate should be ready to relocate fully in Nigeria; noting that Raya will be covering accommodation and transportation costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to ensure hiring the best possible talents efficiently and effectively to fill vacant positions or replacements in Distribution
• Managing, overseeing and implementing distribution compensation and benefits
• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of compensation duties, as well as ensure strategic benefits for Distribution employees targeted at retaining and maximizing employees' effectiveness and satisfaction
• Planning, managing training programs for Raya Distribution employees
