Job Position: Inventory Officer
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping a track of the inventory records and making sure that it is accurate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders, receive, store, issue the goods, manage the stock levels, and give out the supplies from the stock.
• Prepare purchase orders.
• Receive, store and issue goods.
• Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
• To oversee that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management.
• Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock.
• Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Officer.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary

• N60,000 - N80,000 monthly.
