IT Technical Support Officer

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Technical Support Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replace parts as required.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Set up new staff accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Test and evaluate new technology.
• Troubleshoot server/client mail connectivity issues.
• Customized and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Collaborate with networking staff to install necessary hardware to systems.
• Prepare training material and conduct training and conduct training for staff on information security.
• Server room routine update and check.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years similar experience
• B.Sc Information technology, Computer Science and B.Engr.
• CCNA or any IT Certification will be an added advantage.
