1.) Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Actively seek new sales opportunities on the field through cold calling and networking
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Researchand pursuenew business opportunities in the target environment
  • Secure and renew orders, complete sales process, and arrange deliveries.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Achieve given sales goals and targets
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

Required Competencies

2.) Production Manager

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of chemical production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of chemical manufacturing processes to drive productivity while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and control all manufacturing operations to meet production targets in line with company objectives.
  • Oversee the formulation, blending, batching, and packaging processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, ISO standards).
  • Supervise, train, and develop the production team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
  • Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of plant machinery and equipment in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen) to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Prepare regular production reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc./HND in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 9–12years of experience in chemical or related manufacturing industries, with at least 6years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing production teams and processes in a regulated environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical production processes and quality systems.
  • Sound understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

3.) Production Supervisor

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
  • Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
  • Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
  • Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
  • Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
  • Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
  • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
  • Responsibility for establishing and maintaining control of process metrics and data such as cycle time, productivity, downtime, and product properties, to ensure existing processes are in control
  • Lead product deviation processes, securing root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
  • Production suitability analysis, gap/risk identification, and improvement recommendations
  • Infrastructure selection, inventory management and plant capacity/utilization reporting
  • Production automation
  • Production process enhancement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing plant
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven experience in the engineering field.
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
