• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities to identify potential patients with physical rehabilitation needs.
• Source and refer patients with conditions such as stroke, head injury, and spinal cord injury for intermediate inpatient admission to our facility.
• Provide education and information about our facility's services and programs to healthcare professionals and patients' families.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for referred patients.
• Meet or exceed referral targets and contribute to the growth of our physical rehabilitation program.

Requirements
