We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) In-House Counsel

Job Location: Lagos

About the job


  • As the in-house counsel with real-estate experience ,you will be crucial in providing legal support for all the business subsidiaries including our real estate and financial operations.
  • You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, review contracts, and advise on legal matters related to real estate transactions, contracts management, financial transactions amongst other business concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Management & Documentation: Prepare legal documents for all projects, deeds of assignment, agency and tenancy agreement. Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with local, state, and federal laws (land use). Update all letters and assurance.
  • Legal Due Diligence: Carry out due diligence to Identify potential legal risk if any before finalizing an investment or purchase of real estate. Provide guidance and support to clients.
  • Dispute Resolution: Liaise with legal consultant on legal matters and assist in the resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as necessary.
  • Review and monitor ownership step plans and ensure that from a legal perspective all necessary pre- and post- close steps are taken.
  • Assist Customer service department in preparing letters e.g subscription letters, contract for sales etc.
  • Maintain the formal signing authority and contract approval process for the Managing Director and affiliate Directors.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to management on all matters.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations to provide informed advice and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree – Mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-call experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Call to the Nigerian Bar
  • Master’s Degree (Optional but Advantageous)
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Knowledge of labour law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

2.) Presenter

Job Location: Lagos

Role Overview

  • This is an on-site job and the Presenter will serve as the face and voice of the company during property tours, client engagements, and corporate events.
  • This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and the capacity to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • The Presenter will be responsible for delivering clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations about company projects, property offerings, and related services, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is communicated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct guided property tours for clients, investors, and stakeholders, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for project updates, investor briefings, client meetings, and promotional events.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, open houses, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure presentations align with the company’s brand identity and sales strategy.
  • Research and stay updated on all current and upcoming projects, property market trends, and industry developments.
  • Engage with clients during and after presentations to answer questions, provide clarifications, and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparing multimedia content (slides, videos, brochures) to support presentations.
  • Ensure all presentation materials are accurate, visually appealing, and delivered on schedule.
  • Promote the company’s values and maintain a professional image in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Presenter, Public Speaker, Real Estate Salesperson, or similar client-facing role.
  • Close proximity to sangotedo Lekki-epe expressway
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident public speaking abilities and strong stage presence.
  • Ability to explain technical or detailed property information in a simple, engaging manner.
  • Good understanding of the real estate industry and Lagos property market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

3.) Chartered Accountant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, including preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing budgets, advising on financial strategy, and providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Track and report budget performance against actual results.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns (VAT, PAYE, WHT, CIT, etc.) and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate industry.

  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) required.
  • Strong knowledge of FIRS, LIRS,IRS and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
