1.) Health and Safety Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across our construction and real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of HSE activities and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to improve safety performance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety role especially in construction / real estate companies.
• HSE certification ( HSE level 1,2,3 or its equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.

2.) Procurement Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full Time (On site)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably within luxury real estate,property management or constructions.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and sourcing high-quality construction materials.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, contract management, and cost optimization.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supply chain logistics, and market trends in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead procurement activities for premium luxury properties.
• Familiarity with Lagos markets and supplier landscape is an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.

3.) Spy Driver (Supernumerary Police)

Job Location: Ikate - Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a Spy Driver (Supernumerary Police) to work closely with our top management team.
• This role involves providing secure, discreet transportation, and operational support with a strong focus on safety and confidentiality.
• The ideal candidate must be smart, highly experienced, and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide secure and discreet driving services.
• Operate primarily within and around the Lagos Island axis with expert knowledge of the area.
• Assist in surveillance and security operations as required.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition and ready at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of driving experience, preferably with supervisory or police driving background.
• Must be a Supernumerary Police personnel with relevant identification/documentation.
• Good communication skills.
• Deep familiarity with Lagosroute and traffic patterns.
• Smart, vigilant, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• High integrity, trustworthy, and discreet in handling confidential information.

Benefits

• Salary: N200,000 Monthly.
