Our Client, a Consumer Lending Company is urgently recruiting for various positions.

Job Title: Loan Monitoring & Recovery Officer (Lagos)

Basic Requirements

Applicants should-

• Have completed a Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Business Administration, Economics with a minimum of second class lower.
• Have completed NYSC.

• At least 5 years cognate experience
• Have good understanding credit risk management.

• Good writing, communication, organizational and negotiation skill
• Possess Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Job Description

• Monitoring all loans and ensuring repayments are made on due dates.
• Locating and establishing contact with debtors
• Following up on all debtors to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means.
• Recovering bad debts from delinquent debtors
• Ensuring collection of outstanding payments from customers
• Preparing weekly delinquency report
• Resolving disputes with customers, ensuring that concerns are resolved correctly.
