Job Description

Your Role

• Leverage your management consulting acumen to design and optimize end-to-end candidate journeys.
• Analyze data to extract valuable insights that enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Innovate marketing campaigns, from inception to execution
• Lead the admissions, marketing, and tech teams across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles. 
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to glean actionable insights from complex data sets. 
• Innovative mindset, capable of transforming challenges into opportunities for differentiation.
