We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Inbound & Returns Lead


Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

  • The Inbound and returns Lead would oversee the efficient handling of incoming shipments and the management of product returns by collaborating closely with the warehouse team, suppliers, and customer service representatives to streamline processes and optimize warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of incoming goods, including recording receipts and inspecting product quality.
  • Coordinate with the receiving team to address any discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments.
  • Interact with Clients to address return inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor the inbound and return officers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  • Generate reports on inbound and returns metrics, such as receipt volumes, returns rates, and processing times.
  • Oversee the returns process, from receipt of returned items to final disposition (refund, repair, or replacement).
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect and assess the condition of returned products.
  • Work closely with the inventory control team to update stock records and maintain accurate inventory levels for both inbound and returned items.
  • Continuously assess inbound and returns processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements Special Skills And Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory role, preferably in order processing or customer service, required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software used to track inventory and create records.

2.) Lead, Credit Analysis

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Lead, Credit Analysis will be responsible for the organization's lending process, from evaluating clients’ creditworthiness to approving or rejecting loan requests.
  • You will help us minimize bad debts and increase revenues from loans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Risk assessment of credit applications received from the commercial teams from different sectors (FMCG, Agriculture, Chemicals, etc.) and making recommendations for Management’s approval. 
  • Preparation of Executive Summary in respect of application for the consideration of the Management Credit Committee (MCC). 
  • Attending to queries and clarifying issues raised by Commercial Officers in respect of credit applications. 
  • Supervises the analysis and processing of approvals of credit requests from commercial unit. 
  • Provides consulting and advisory functions for the business units in such areas as transaction structuring, interpretation of credit policy, etc. 
  • Spearheads the implementation of various process improvement initiatives in order to drive higher efficiencies in the credit process. 
  • Participates in credit strategy and credit policy formulation to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives and goals. 
  • Engages in joint calls with the commercial units to discuss credit transactions, and as part of the efforts to monitor the customers’ performance and risk profile. 
  •  Carrying out periodic review of credit product papers to facilitate efficient workflow. 
  • Participates in determining performance standards (especially turnaround time) and monitoring adherence to set targets as appropriate. 
  • Acts as a resource person for training and development sessions for subordinates, other credit analysts and relationship/commercial managers in the market facing units. 
  • Determines Turn Around Time targets and other performance standards and monitors progress to ensure that targets are met. 
  • Acts on behalf of and performing any other duties that may be assigned by the Head Credit

Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, or its related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Credit Analyst in any commercial bank.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant credit/finance related software
  • Strong data driven thinker, ideally with previous experience in commercial and operational areas
  • Self-starter; highly driven individual that will take ownership from the get-go and proactively look for improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work with a very diverse workforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of lending procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

3.) Technical Project Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master’s chief responsibility is to effectively and efficiently manage the development sprints from planning to execution and review in an agile development environment.
  • The role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support tickets and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving.
  • You will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the engineering, customer success and senior management teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective.
  • Manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases.
  • Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
  • Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates.
  • Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects. the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional).
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow.
  • Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA, Azure Board, etc.) to support estimates and execution.
  • Presents high level project readouts for senior management.
  • Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks.
  • Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  • Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
  • Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
  • Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
  • Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs
  • Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics
