About the job
The individual will be responsible for:

• Developing materials, workshops, and resources to facilitate skill enhancement and job placement.
• Ensuring consistent communication with our developers by delivering updates, resources, and motivational content.
• Offering individualized career guidance and assistance to each developer, taking into account their distinct career aspirations and obstacles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
• 4 to 6 years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with learning and development strategies.
• Strong understanding of the software engineering industry and job market trends
