Prefab World International Services Limited produces porta cabins, Caravans and prefab offices. We are a fast growing and well-established company specialised in the design, development and delivery of Prefabricated and Steel Frame Modular Housing to various categories of end-users in Nigeria.

Job Description

• Ensure that all projects are proactively managed and delivered on-time, within scope and within budget in conjunction with the customer's needs.
• Participate where necessary and as required in the actual technical development and delivery of projects.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track and measure progress escalating movement and challenges as they arise.
• Finding out what the client wants to achieve
• Track project performance, specifically, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed
• Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
• Selecting and leading a project team.
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
• Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget
• Reporting regularly on progress to the client and to the General Manager
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, technical, contractual, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Any other responsibility assigned to you by the General Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of work experience.
• Proven sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service.

Remuneration
N40,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
