Job Position: Relationship Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job type: Full-time (On-site)

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Ikeja.
• The Relationship Officer will oversee relationship management by engaging with clients to identify their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Key responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, managing customer accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective service.
• The role also involves collaborating with teams to meet sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management experience
• Ability to analyze financial needs and provide customized solutions
• High proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in banking software, digital platforms, and data management tools
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Understanding of banking products and services, particularly within microfinance and SME sectors
